Electrical Engineering and Design
West Florida Precision Machine also offers a complete control panel design and build service. Our engineering and controls personnel are dedicated to maintaining a thorough and up-to-date understanding of the ever changing industry standards and requirements such as NEC, NFPA, and CE. We provide electrical schematics, fabrication drawings, and Bills of Material on your format, or ours, either in AutoCAD or SolidWorks file types.
We are a certified UL 508A Panel Build Shop.
Machine Shop
We have skilled toolmakers / machinists on staff that program and run the CNC Vertical Milling Centers and CNC Turning Centers as well as conventional equipment. We outsource only those requirements that call for specialty operations. Laser marking is an additional service recently added to West Florida Precision Machine’s shop capabilities.
We also offer the service of complete machine build to customer’s print. Although we are not certified, West Florida Precision Machine manufactures piece parts to ISO 9001 specifications and procedures. Production parts require first article inspection and acceptance. All parts in a production run are 100% inspected.
We deal with several mil spec finish shops in the area that offer anodizing and painting services.
